ResMed is the manufacturer and all sales are made directly between AllPAPS and the patients directly.
ResMed products are for sale only in the United States of America.
The manufacturer warranty covers parts and labor for 2-years on all CPAP Machines for any manufacturer defects. This does not cover any damage caused by the consumer (i.e. dropped machine, water damage, etc...).
Once a CPAP Mask or related accessories has been taken out of its original packaging, it is no longer returnable. If the product you purchased from ALLPAPS is defective in materials and/or workmanship, and you have the original packaging, contact us within 14 days of receipt for a return authorization number. We then will exchange the defective product.
Non-defective returns will not be accepted. The customer will return products that are found defective during the manufacturer's warranty period, but after 30 days of purchase to the manufacturer. The customer must look to the manufacturer for relief with defective merchandise. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances. |
