The Colorado Homeowners’ Association Task Force has been created by HB23-1105 [1] with its members to be appointed by August 1, 2023. The purpose of the task force is to examine issues confronting HOA homeowners’ rights, including an HOA’s fining authority and practices, foreclosure practice, and communications with HOA homeowners regarding association processes and homeowner rights and responsibilities. If you have questions about the task force, please contact the HOA Information Office and Resource Center, which is a program of the Division of Real Estate. Greetings Eagle’s Loft Property Owners,
Looking back at 2024, it has been a landmark year for us as we are thrilled to announce the completion of interior renovation project. All 56 units have undergone a complete interior overhaul, and the results are nothing short of spectacular. The guest satisfaction surveys have been overwhelmingly positive, with guests praising the updated units. Apart from one, all the other associations across the resort have finished their own renovations.
The renovations encompassed every aspect of the interiors, including the flooring, cabinets, countertops, and paint. The new decor package has truly elevated the overall ambiance of our units. This has been a long time in the making, and we couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. Additionally, the pedestal areas have been revamped with fresh unit numbering and a fresh coat of paint. You will notice that all the hot tubs were removed during the renovation. We are looking for ideas on what to put back in their place and would appreciate any suggestions from our owners.
Furthermore, we have invested in replacing our outdated furnaces and air conditioners with high-efficiency equipment. Routine maintenance and staining have also been carried out on the wooden decks and stairs to ensure their durability against the elements.
Looking to 2025, there are plans underway to construct a centrally located outdoor kitchen/fireplace, as well as installing a fresh asphalt overly on the existing parking lots.
In other exciting news, we are thrilled to announce that Shane Prince has been promoted to General Manager and Meghan Sheridan has accepted the position of Assistant General Manager for Club Wyndham Pagosa Springs. As well, Club Wyndham Pagosa has retained its RCI Gold Crown status as of August. This is a significant benefit for our members, as it adds value to the trade power of their units for potential exchanges with RCI. We extend our heartfelt congratulations to the staff for their dedication and hard work in meeting the requirements for this prestigious award.
Despite the challenges posed by high inflation, supply chain disruptions, and increased interest rates, the board of directors has successfully accomplished all these remarkable improvements while striving to keep expenses at a minimum.
Please help us continue to improve by completing the guest satisfaction survey request after your stay and reporting any needed unit repairs to one of Wyndham Pagosa’s new managers.
