The Colorado Homeowners’ Association Task Force has been created by HB23-1105 [1] with its members to be appointed by August 1, 2023. The purpose of the task force is to examine issues confronting HOA homeowners’ rights, including an HOA’s fining authority and practices, foreclosure practice, and communications with HOA homeowners regarding association processes and homeowner rights and responsibilities. If you have questions about the task force, please contact the HOA Information Office and Resource Center, which is a program of the Division of Real Estate. You may find more information about this program, including contact information, at the HOA Center [2] of the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies.

Masters Place unit renovations are complete in their entirety. All unit interiors have been successfully modernized. I hope, if you have not already, that you will take the opportunity to visit and appreciate all the hard work that has gone into completing this project. Over the next few months, we will be paving the Masters Place parking lot as well.
Wyndham sitewide renovations are still underway and feedback from owners and guests continues to commend the staff and appreciate the ongoing enhancements of the resort.
Thank you for your commitment to our association and Pagosa Springs. Anticipatory increases in maintenance fees over the last few years have funded this project. Consequently, our maintenance fees are expected to increase this year only minimally as our projects are coming to a close. This extensive undertaking would not be possible without you and your commitment to our budget.
