Mountain Meadows
Dear Mountain Meadows Owners,
As you may be aware, on December 4, 2024, a Special Meeting of the Mountain Meadows Property Owners Association, Inc. was held for the purpose of conducting a vote of the members on the extension or termination of the timeshare regime / interval ownership plan, as required by Article XX of the Declaration of Interval Ownership for Mountain Meadows. The result of the vote had 65% of the voting interests casting a vote FOR termination of the timeshare regime / interval ownership plan. As such, in accordance with the Declaration, the timeshare regime / interval ownership plan will terminate at 4:00 PM on January 4, 2025, which is the first Saturday of January 2025, as outlined in Article XX of the Declaration, and the Mountain Meadows property will be sold. As a result of this termination, there shall be NO MAINTENANCE FEE due for Mountain Meadows for 2025. You have likely already received a bill for your 2025 maintenance fee. This does not need to be paid. If you’ve already paid, that amount will be refunded to you. For any questions about your Mountain Meadows maintenance fee payments, please contact 1-800-210-1477. For Club Wyndham owners with questions about your Mountain Meadows ownership, please contact 1-866-495-1993. The Board of Directors has contracted with a company called Lemonjuice Solutions to assist with the sale and “reimagining” of the Mountain Meadows as a residential condominium instead of a timeshare resort. To facilitate this “reimagining” to a residential condominium, a second Special Meeting of the Mountain Meadows Property Owners Association was held immediately following the termination meeting, for the purpose of voting on an amendment to the Declaration to remove all references to interval ownership and convert the property to a condominium and condominium association. The notice of this second meeting was sent to owners by Lemonjuice, and it is/was a sizeable package due to the required contents. It was brought to the Board’s attention that many owners had not received the notice package for the second meeting as of the start of the special meeting. As such, the required number of ballots (67%) for approval of the Declaration amendment have not yet been received. In order to allow for more time for the notice package to be delivered and ballots to be returned, a motion was carried to table the approval of the Declaration amendment until January 4, 2025, at 4:00 PM and the special meeting was also adjourned until that date and time. In the meantime, Lemonjuice has set up an informational website for Mountain Meadows owners to learn more about the “reimagining” of Mountain Meadows. On this website, you can also access the notice package and ballots / written consent for the approval of the Amendment to the Declaration. If you haven’t received your notice package from Lemonjuice, or cannot locate it, you are encouraged to visit the website, where you can download and print the ballot and return it with your vote directly to Lemonjuice. The website is: https://mountainmeadowsrestructuring.info/. Owners with additional questions about the “reimagining” and sale of the resort may also contact Lemonjuice via email at: mountainmeadowsreimagined@lemonjuice.biz or via telephone at: 970-341-9976.
